Your property will be completely cleaned by expert staff, this will ensure order and cleanliness at each change of guest.

GUEST CONTROL

As per the law, each guest will send a photocopy of the identity card with consequent control by the police headquarters.

STRICT RULES 

Rules will be inserted that guests of the house will have to respect, otherwise a penalty will be paid.

SAFETY

We're going to install a device that allows guests access via a numerical code that varies constantly, so as not to pass the keys from hand to hand.

EXCESSIVE NOISE

To ensure that guests do not disturb the peace we will install a smoke and noise detector, in case of excessive disturbance we will receive a warning on our telephone.
